Hello and welcome to another year of New Hartford Youth Hockey! NHYHA is excited to announce that for a second year in a row we have managed to keep registration costs the same. This is despite an approximate 2% increase in ice costs as well as additional fees associated with registration. We are able to keep costs down thanks to the hard work of this association’s members. The 2013-2014 Mite tournament and second annual golf tournament were a big success.
For the 2014-2015 season we are going to hold registration exclusively online. Note that all association members (with the exception of LTS) are required to register online. This year, we will only hold an in person registration session for Learn to Skate.
Online registration will be available from Monday, September 1st until Tuesday, September 30th. Starting on Tuesday,September 23rd, NHYHA will assess a 10% late fee for anybody who registers after this date.
Registration fees for 2014-2015 season are as follows (note that these fees include a $100 raffle booklet):
- Bantam $675
- Pee Wee $675
- Squirt $675
- Mite $475
- LTS Full Year $100
Along with the above registration fees, each family will be required to pay a $100 concession stand fee. This fee will help NHYHA pay for individuals to work the concession stand in the event that an association member does not volunteer to work the stand. At the end of the year, NHYHA will refund each family for the hours that they’ve worked. Like in the past, each family is required to work 9 concession stand hours (4 hrs if you only have a LTS participant). This $100 fee will be collected at the time of online registration. The concession stand fee will show up as an increased fee of $100.00 for registration cost per registrant but will be credited as a family discount for 2nd and subsequent family members at checkout.
